Ricky, Julian and Bubbles are soon to be released from prison and Julian has even decided to start a legal business. This will make them all rich. But when they get back to the caravan site, it's not like it used to be. Superintendent Jim Lahey hasn't drunk alcohol in 2 years and has big plans for Sunnyville. However, Julian doesn't want to hear about this and bothers him. The relationship between Lahey and his assistant Randy has deteriorated and it remains to be seen when Lahey turns to heavy drink again.
