"THRILLS! LAFFS! FUN! PEP!"

Elmer Peters and Gerald Brooks go on vacation together. They are stranded in a posh hotel, where they rescue two women. Gerald falls in love with Virginia Rollins and Elmer sets his sights on Babs Green. At the hotel, Elmer and Gerald are constantly bragging, so that all the guests start to think they are millionaires. Elmer also told everyone that he can sail very well. Virginia's father plans to enter a boat race. Virginia persuades him to team up with Elmer.
