Because of the high productivity and almost 100% employment rate, the English town of Hayhoe actually receives a visit from the Prime Minister. The 'almost' 100% is due to Dan Dance, an old slacker, who would rather drink and philosophize than work. Of course the residents of Hayhoe want their city to reach the maximum score, but that will take a lot of work.
