Three Russian Girls plot

"Kiss me now -- for always !"

The Soviet Union, shortly after the Nazi invasion in 1941. Natasha, a Red Cross volunteer, is stationed in a field hospital located in an old pre-revolutionary mansion. American test pilot John Hill, who was in Russia on a goodwill mission, is wounded during a battle with the Nazis and taken to a field hospital. While slowly recovering from his injuries, John falls in love with Natasha. One day, when the war situation worsens as the Nazis advance, hospital staff are forced to leave immediately for Leningrad.
