Jim Tyler, a photographer for 'The Daily Mail', has been assigned the wedding of Helen, the daughter of wealthy William Grover Hunter. However, Jim has to hide in the room of Sheila, the bride's sister, when the publicity-shy William Grover discovers that he is a newspaper photographer. Sheila helps Jim escape and goes with him to Jim's best friend's hotel apartment. Sheila assumes it's Jim's apartment and orders champagne and caviar from room service. When Jim can't pay, both end up in jail.
