The Voorman Problem plot
Doctor Williams examines the mysterious Voorman, a prisoner with a special mental disorder: he thinks he is a god. The doctor has to come to a conclusion about Mr. Voorman's mental health: is he pretending, or is he really sick? When Williams declares Voorman insane, Voorman is moved to a home. But before making such a decision, the doctor has a few more questions regarding Voorman's statements: Why, for example, would an almighty god choose to end up in jail?
