"AMERICA'S WISEST WISE CRACKER!"

Heiress Ellen Saunders, on a boat cruise to Europe, confuses the day laborer Looney Littleton with a prominent mining engineer. As a result, poor Looney is treated royally on board. During the cruise, Looney tries to rescue Ellen from the criminals Dolly Clark and Flo Goodrich, who want to get rid of her because of her inheritance.
