The Perfect Flapper plot

Tommie Lou Pember is a sweet and old-fashioned girl who is quite disappointed because so few friends showed up at her costume party. But the brewery comes to life when one of the boys present pours some illegally distilled alcohol into the drink. Tommie's brother-in-law Dick Trayle innocently shares a few glasses with her and soon they're donning their Romeo and Juliet costumes and reenacting the balcony scene at the local roadhouse. This causes quite the scandal and Tommie's sister Gertrude Trayle-Pember is furious.
