"Terrific... Shocking... Scandalous..."

Nigel Dennis is the publisher of a tabloid magazine. But before writing a story, he approaches the individuals whose outrageous behavior he describes and tells them that he will stop the story in exchange for money. Some of his victims decide, independently of each other, to kill him instead of paying, which all fail. Then they discover that they must unite their forces for an entirely different reason....
