Vincent Dooly is an ambitious inventor who dreams of winning an annual inventor's prize. There's one problem, though: he's never made anything that works. It's now his last year to compete and he's got a lot of competition from Martin Wooderson, the smug child prodigy with a long history of winning. But this time Vincent has a plan. A plan that could just change everything.
