The Legacy of Cloudy Falls plot

This anthology film is set in Cloudy Falls, a rundown apartment building in Niagara Falls that is facing demolition. Smooth-talking Rita is the building manager. Among the residents is Terry, an uptight middle-aged man who falls for a homeless man. Brigit, who exposes paranormal fraudsters on her failing YouTube channel, and Riley, a compulsive liar, are also featured.
