"HER BIG SISTER WORE THE ENGAGEMENT RING... But She Went On The Honeymoon!"

Joan Hollingsworth is tired of waiting for her older sister Ethel to find a suitor. One of the candidates is J. Waldo Barnes, who has been invited to dinner. Joan's mother has ordered her to stay in her room, but she secretly poses as the maid. When discovered, however, she runs to her room, slips through the window, and ends up in a burglar's car. This is the beginning of an adventure in which she is torn between crime and romance.
