The Kid from Brooklyn plot

"BEAUTY STACKED! TUNE PACKED!"

Burleigh Sullivan is a Brooklyn milkman and the brother of a musical starlet. When they are harassed by two drunken men, he dodges blows and they knock each other out. It makes the papers, because one of them is a boxing champion. When Burleigh loses his job in an attempt to help a singer get a job, he lets the champion's manager impersonate him as a boxing star.
