The Johnstown Monster plot

In the lake where the Irish Johnstown is located, a monster is said to surface every hundred years. When a boy produces a photo of the monster, it is soon bombarded by skeptics as 'fake', but Johnstown is in the news for a while. A boy on vacation and some local boys come up with the idea of creating a fake monster to attract tourists and help Johnstown flourish again.
