The title refers to the last segment in this seven-part series based on Robert Boswell's short story collection. Each story is introduced and told from the main character's point of view and deals with fairly mundane dilemmas. The setup is reminiscent of the work of Simon Carmiggelt, but none of the stories leave a deep impression. The fourth segment (Miss Famous) starring Kristen Wiig, about a domestic worker who fantasizes about her breakthrough as a writer, stands out in a positive way. The sixth segment (Smoke), in which a teenage virgin [Keir Gilchrist] in higher swears makes up a story about his first time, in order not to be out of place with his friends, brings the level down again. The cast is interesting, the end result is not.
