The Heart of Youth plot

Calvin Prendergast and Os Whipple, neighbors in a small town, argue over a strip of land containing a spring, which both want to claim ownership of. Josephine Darchat, granddaughter of Calvin, and Russ Prendergast, son of Os, are very attracted to each other, although the old men object. Calvin and Os leave town to seek legal advice about the source. During their absence, the young people's romance progresses, arousing the jealousy of a young female guest of the Prendergasts. The necessary complications follow.
