The Happy Family plot

The government wants to build a site to host the Festival of Britain. Everything is going according to plan, only a mistake has been made and now the road and the pedestrian tunnel to the site appear to be blocked by the shop of the Lord family. The Lords don't want to sell their shop and the family's resistance to the plans results in the little man's struggle against the anonymous government.
