The Good-Bye Kiss plot

During World War I, Bill Williams' fiancé Sally travels with him as a stowaway on his ship to Europe. Sympathetic Salvation Army employees recruit Sally when they discover her. Sally then accompanies Bill and his unit when they need to go to the front. Bill must determine that he is actually a coward when he has to fulfill his military duty. Sally turns out to be a lot more heroic...
