"The Serio-Comic Tale of a Tiny French Actress. A Fitting "Follow Up" to Miss George Washington"

Fifi is an actress in Napoleonic France. She wins a lottery and leaves Cartouche, the man she loves, to live with a wealthy family. The cunning Louis Bourcet tries to seduce her because he wants her money. But Fifi wants nothing to do with him and eventually gives up her money and returns to Cartouche. Cartouche, however, considering himself too old, refuses to marry her until Napoleon himself orders him to do so.
