College students Quinn and Graham have little luck in love. Quinn is desperately in love with a gorgeous colleague who doesn't like him. Graham's girlfriend does not want a permanent relationship and has several boyfriends behind his back. The two students seize their opportunity when they are at university working on an experimental drug that can influence the thoughts of others. Why not try the drug on all the beautiful college girls walking around the campus? To their surprise, Quinn and Graham discover that the drug is working. Any woman they want falls for their charms. But when they try the drug on their dream women, they discover that true love can't be manipulated...
