The Bank Dick plot
"Was His Face Red . . . And His Nose, Too ! when the bandits took the money . . . and the SAFE !"
When Egbert Sousé replaces a drunken film director, he accidentally manages to stop a bank robber on the run, after which he is offered a job as a bank guard. There he tries to squeeze back five hundred dollars, but then the owner comes to count the money. Sousé has to keep him busy so he can return the money.
