Charulata plot

In India in 1870, Charulata is married to the wealthy Bhupati Dutta, who is so busy with his work that he has little time for his wife. However, understanding that his wife is lonely, he asks his cousin Amal, a budding writer, to keep her company. Charulata and Amal get along well, but what Bhupati does not take into account is that they fall in love.
