"It's a Laugh Explosion!"

While testing an atomic bomb in the desert, uranium researcher Blix (Mickey Rooney) eats a peanut butter sandwich. It turns out there was too much radiation in the sandwich. He becomes radioactive and can thus help the FBI with enemy spy work.
