Tantei Monogatari plot

Raita, a Japanese businessman, has moved into an apartment complex. Next to him lives a private detective who is also called Raita. One evening one of his clients is murdered, his liver is gone. Several murders follow in which body parts are always missing. Both Raitas investigate and meet an eccentric painter who is rumored to paint with human blood and organs.
