Zebraman 2 is set in 2025 when Tokyo is transformed into "Zebra City". In Zebraman's absence, a woman named "Zebra Queen" (Riisa Naka) has formed a zebra army and instituted "Zebra Time" in the city. Zebraman Shinichi Ichikawa (Shô Aikawa) suddenly wakes up, and has no memory of battling the corrupt organization of Zebra Queen.
