Master butcher Maria Gissenwehrer wants to market her traditional white sausage, a product of which she is very proud, abroad, especially in Argentina. Because she can't count on the help of her brother Kristian, who has a leg in plaster, Maria goes to Argentina with her adolescent cousin Caspar. Maria's stomach turns when she realizes how her white sausage is treated by the Argentine consumer.
