Syntipukki plot

Frans "Mussu" Koikkalainen wants to buy a dairy shop nearby, because he loved milk since he was a child. The only problem is that he doesn't have enough money. He has indeed inherited a sum of money from his deceased uncle, but that is not enough. So he first starts looking for a job. He finds work in the Sampo department store in Helsinki. But that turns out to be no ordinary job. He is a scapegoat there, he has to deal with complaints from disgruntled customers.
