A quiet army base has been set up in a sleepy southern town. The base commander, Colonel Flanders, is eager to win the hearts of the locals. He therefore organizes a dance to break the ice. When the party turns into a raunchy beating, conservative Joe Davis declares war on the military. In between acts, Sergeant Shannon Gambroni does his best to capture local beauty Ramona.
