Skirt Shy plot
Dobbs and Nancy, butler and maid to widow Maggie Herring, hear from their employer that she is broke. If Edgar, her elderly suitor, does not propose to her immediately, she will lose the house and they will lose their jobs. While Maggie begs for mercy at the bank, Edgar arrives with flowers.
