Sing While You're Able plot

On a trip down south, millionaire radio sponsor G. William Williams finds a mechanic, Whitey Morgan, who can sing better than half the stars on Broadway. Williams and his beautiful daughter Joan bring Whitey to Manhattan with the intention of making him the next big singing sensation on their weekly radio show. When a romantic spark develops between Joan and Whitey, a jealous suitor hatches a plan to ensure that he will never sing again.
