Sempre Più Bello plot
After a risky lung transplant, Marta finally returns to her life. She moves in with Gabriele, forcing Jacopo and Federica to look for new roommates. Everything seems to be going well, but then Marta suddenly becomes ill again. She is rushed to the hospital. While her lover and friends await news, Gabriele tries to contact Marta's grandmother. When young Marta's life hangs by a thread, her grandmother seems to be the only one who can decide her fate.
