An uncle and his nephew both work as tax officials. Together they try to round up as many fraudsters as possible and are quite competitive in doing so. But when the nephew makes an important catch, namely a lottery winner who has not paid his taxes, he is promoted to a higher position at the expense of his uncle. Of course, this does not go down well with the uncle.
