Hermit Rubin Farr teams up with gossip and unsuccessful salesman Ed Tuttle. They are looking for the perfect place to bury Rubin's cat. On their journey, they cross the Utah desert. Ed's ex-wife Rula meanwhile gives her opinion on everything, wanted or not wanted. Hope it turns out fine...
