Rats and Rabbits plot

Rita is a former porn star trying to achieve success as a performance artist. Rocco is a crazy doctor who experiments with organs from the dead. Olga is Rocco's Russian wife who is not happy with her husband's work and Petru is their adopted son from Romania who has a strange interest in his adoptive father's work. Then the mayor is murdered. The city is in turmoil. A reporter discovers disturbing information about the mayor and a cop who happens to be near Rita, Rocco, Olga and Petru, picks up strange signals and sets out to investigate.
