Qiuqiu Ni, Biaoyang Wo plot
Old-fashioned Yang Hongqi claims he saved a young student from an assailant. He asks Gu Guoge, a reporter for the Nanjing Newspaper, to put an article in the newspaper explaining his heroic deed. Gu thinks the request is absurd, but investigates the matter anyway, especially when it turns out that the eternal failure Yang Hongqi wants the publicity above all to please his dying father. He tracks down the victim, the beautiful Ouyang Hua, who, however, is not so charmed by the publicity. Gu now has to choose between the two.
