''Pogo 1104'' plot

Edgar, the son of a wealthy family, broadcasts from his blue VW van for the pirate station Radio Störtebecker and is constantly chased by the police with a gauge. When the going gets tough, he hides in Ludwig's workshop. Ludwig is an amateur boxer and has very good contacts in the pimp environment. To complete the trio Rick Bandora also comes into play. Rick, a womanizer and failed producer of the band TNT, is deeply in debt and stays with his girlfriend Tina. Tina is just about to start a small advertising agency. When the VW bus is confiscated, Ludwig's workshop is closed by the city clerk and Rick urgently needs to pay his debts, the three have to find a good plan. Their dream is to convert an old boat, a cutter, into their own large pirate station.
