It's the mid 80's. Radical Miracle (Marcello Conte) is a shy teen living in Maryland who has two interests: rap music and table tennis. When Radical heads to the coastal town of Ocean City for vacation, the most epic summer of his life begins. Besides the fact that he falls in love, he also realizes his big dream to become a table tennis champion.
