Out of the Blue plot
"Bringing you the best time of your life!"
The story is set in an apartment building with residents like Arthur Earthleigh, a meek and mild man married to the beautiful but domineering artist Mae, David Galleo and his ever-present model Deborah Tyler, and Olive Jensen, a Greenwich Village type who always slightly but constantly intoxicated, whose motto is "to love and be loved". She comes to George while his wife is away, and when she faints trying to get her out before his wife returns, he thinks she's dead and places her on Galleo's patio. Galleo takes advantage of the situation by blackmailing Arthur, who is shaky at best, as Olive refuses to stay dead.
