Obcanský Prukaz plot

Prague, 1974. Petr and his classmates Popelka, Ales and Mita are festively dressed for the receipt of their identity card at the age of 15. Officially, this is a milestone in the lives of socialist citizens - in reality, however, it is a document that the police can use to humiliate them and manipulate young rebels. The four friends continue to enjoy their remaining childhood years and try to escape compulsory service in the communist army.
