Novaya Moskva plot

Alyosha is a Siberian farmer who dreams of becoming a city architect. He has built a model city, which he calls new Moscow, and is trying to develop it in Moscow. After many setbacks, New Moscow is finally built, but to his horror, the new city turns out to look very much like a tsarist city.
