Notre Homme plot

Manuel is one of the most brilliant surgeons of his time. He even manages to get patients who have been almost abandoned by his colleagues to get better. However, his private life is a mess. He cannot resist decorating and one morning he is shown the door by his wife Violaine who is tired of being cheated on. This seems to be a turning point in his successful career, because almost simultaneously he is told in the hospital that he is missing an expected promotion.
