Once again Jarmusch delivers an extremely enjoyable portion of viewing food and with this he has become one of my favorite directors. I think it's a bit of a shame that it has been divided into three separate parts. Fortunately, they still have some connection with the hotel and its surroundings (the pick-up that whizzes past the window, the train that returns the last shot). All very relaxed and sophisticated. Simply beautiful how a Japanese girl sits on the edge of the bed and lights a zippo with her toes. That Spanish chick with her determined look I also liked to watch and Buscemi was a genius again. The stories in turn had their charm and it is all treated with love. Pleasant to the eye, a test for the memory and calming for the mind.

Very fine film by Jarmusch, who seems to pull it off every time, because he consistently scores well with me.

The characters are fun in all the stories. The Japanese are my favorite. It's also nice that Jarmusch just lets them talk Japanese to each other. About 90% of the filmmakers wouldn't do something like that, but it's a big plus, making the acting feel much better and more natural. Lots of subtle, funny humor too, which actually kept me constantly looking at everything with a smile on my face. Those hotel clerks were really geniuses. Nice to see Buscemi again.

The pace is slow, but extremely pleasant. Typical Jarmusch too, who tells a story in his own way, but does so in a funny and unique way. The matching soundtrack is strong and completes the picture. This is also a good time to watch the film, because you feel the heat even more. Quickly find a Jarmusch again, they like them very well.

Excellent film with a good drawing of on the one hand some bizarre figures, on the other hand the recognizable ones taken from everyday life. Humor is appropriately woven through it and the soundtrack can be there
