"You'd be a baka uma to eat these monsters!! Squid, octopus and crab monsters turn the National Stadium into a seafood bowl!!"
Yuta accidentally drops his seafood plate into the Sumida River at the fish market. At first glance, this doesn't seem like a big problem, but it becomes when suddenly a giant squid and octopus emerge from the river. To counter the monsters, the government deploys the Seafood Monster Attack Team (SMAT). This seems to be going well, but then another giant sea creature appears from the river.
