Merry Christmas Aubrey Flint plot

Aubrey Flint is a reclusive painter of model soldiers who thoroughly detests Christmas. After being sentenced to community service, he ends up at Willow Lodge, a retirement home threatened with closure. There, Aubrey reluctantly becomes involved in a chaotic performance of 'A Christmas Carol' by the residents, through which they attempt to save the home. As rehearsals spiral increasingly out of control, unexpected friendships form and memories of Aubrey's past are resurfaced.
