Mein 1. Film plot

Young bag thieves steal a lady's bag, but luckily the police manage to catch them. After they escape, one of them turns out to have magic. After the film, the cast and crew are extensively introduced, but this is disrupted by an earthquake. This is followed by a few changing scenes that have nothing to do with each other and the rest of the film.
