Magic Sticks plot

One day, young New York drummer Felix (George Kranz) receives a pair of magical drumsticks from a street vendor. He soon learns that the drumsticks can make New Yorkers dance uncontrollably. It doesn't work for people who are guests in the city. Felix does not yet fully understand the power of the sticks and must prevent two mobsters from using the sticks for his criminal schemes.
