Les Pieds dans le Plâtre plot

A naive young butcher inherits a small part of a suburb. He allows himself to be persuaded by his neighbours, a bus conductor, a penniless baron, a servant of the ministry and a "beautician" and above all by the love for the daughter of the baron to eventually build an apartment building with different owners. Construction begins, but it is not long before they face financial difficulties.
