Le Quart d'Heure Américain plot
Ferdinand has decided to leave the suburbs of Paris to travel to Thailand by car. He is followed by a Radio 1 car and hears on his radio the voice of a presenter who calls out his registration number, asks him to stop and tells him that there is an envelope waiting for him with perhaps a fortune. Due to the emotion he crashes his car, but that is where the real disappointment comes: the envelope contains only 60 francs. The presenter feels guilty and comforts him.
