Le Hasard Fait Bien les Choses plot
In his fifties Jean-Pierre is a respected university teacher who keeps his close relationship with the younger Armando a secret. His life runs smoothly until the court appoints him as the guardian of the seventeen-year-old orphan Antoine. Muller fears for his career if his homosexuality becomes known and enlists the help of his 'wife' Alice, a woman he helped to obtain a residence permit years earlier with a paper marriage.
