Le 84 Prend des Vacances plot

Gaston Bernod is a Parisian bus driver. An honest, upright and hardworking man, who is valued by his superiors. Gaston has always looked after "his" bus very well and he now goes so far as to equip it with a fuel device that he invented himself. There is only one problem: his wife increasingly feels that he is neglecting her because all his attention is on that vehicle.
